FALSE TECNA'S KITS

In some Asiatic markets, and in particulary in China, it has been noticed the presence of ELISA kits with Tecna's name and logo and the statement that reagents are supplied by "Tecnalab" (see attached picture). Please be aware...
.... that these are counterfeit products . These kits are not manufactured by Tecna and do not contain Tecna’s reagents and components.
The false Tecna's kit have a very simple packaging. The box is easily identificable because it has no logo printed on it. The Tecna's logo is just on the label (see the attached picture).
Tecna is using a completely different packaging since the beginning of 2003 (see the other picture below).
Tecna never gave any authorization to any other company, neither in China nor in other countries, to use its name and logo on their products.

All possible actions to stop this illegal operation will be undertaken.
