Costumer Satisfaction Results 2011

To fulfill the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001 Ed. 2008, a selection of 30 Italian costumers were interviewed in order to evaluate their satisfaction about Tecna services and products. This marketing research was carried out by Pragma s.r.l. (Rome, Italy), a UNI EN ISO 9001 Ed. 2008 certified institute of marker research.

The research focused on nine main aspects of the job: the range of products offered, the quality-price ratio, the innovation, the rapidity, the completeness of the information provided, the delivery time, the technical assistance, the quality of catalogue and website.
The final remark was definitely positive, corresponding to 97% of overall satisfaction and to a mean grade of 8.2/10 for all the investigated aspects.
The strength points of the company turned to be the rapidity in responding and delivering the goods, the high quality of the technical assistance, the catalogue and the website. It was found that costumers choose Tecna because of the high quality of the products, their good prices and the extent of product port-folio.
Tecna team wants to thank all the costumers for the trust and the good results obtained in 2011. On the basis of this research, our aim for 2012 will be anyway a further improvement of the provided quality and the enlargement of services and products.
