Since many years the field of veterinary drug residue analysis, particularly for anabolics, feels the need of reference materials in order to allow the validation of the different analytical methods and commercial analysis kits. New limits for coccidiostats in animal derived food products
Coccidiostats are substances that destroy the protozoans or inhibit their growth. This class includes chemically different substances, such as salinomycin and lasalocid (ionophore polyesthers), or nicarbazin and halofuginone.
